The Rotary Club of Wilmington advances community service and personal growth through a synergistic combination of service activities, fellowship, networking, and learning.

This is manifested by:

We meet weekly at the Hotel du Pont at which members form friendships and professional associations, hear entertaining and informative talks, and organize our contributions to the community.

- Our membership is intentionally diverse with respect to demographics, professional interests, and personal skills, and our opportunities for involvement are correspondingly diverse.

- The weekly meetings, our club offers formal and informal social gatherings as well as service opportunities that draw on a variety of competencies and interests.

-Above all, we strive to meet the moral and civic responsibilities embodied in Rotary International's Four-Way Test: Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
